All products sold on amulonline are checked and verified before delivery.
In case of any contaminated/Spoiled product under Milk category, the complaint has to be registered within 3 hours from the time of delivery.
For all other items, customers can notify us within 24hours from the time of delivery.
We encourage to thoroughly check the product before accepting delivery. However, in case of transit damages or Expired products, the issue has to be reported immediately at the time of delivery. After which we may not be able to accept the complaint.
If the complaint is lodged within the time span mentioned, the refund for the order amount shall be processed within 3-5 working days once complete information is received about the complaint. We try to entertain every complaint received. However, the company reserves the right to deny replacement or refund under specific circumstances.
