Q. Alright, I’ve subscribed to daily Ice-cream worth Rs.125 everyday starting on 10th November until 25th November. When will I get my cashback under the “5% Cashback on Any Subscription” offer?
On or before 7th December 2019. Once you’ve exhausted Rs.1500 under this subscription plan, you’ll automatically receive 5% cashback in your wallet. Please note that at-least Rs.1500 should be consumed within the time period of 1st November and 30th November 2019.
Q. I badly want to subscribe to Amul’s dairy products everyday. But I am out of town once a week every month. Can I still get milk daily on the other days?
Yes! You can still continue with your daily subscription. A day prior to your unavailability at home, ensure that you pause your subscription for the days you’re out of town. When you come back, activate your subscription again and your daily milk is back. And no, your wallet amount doesn’t get deducted for the days you didn’t get your order.
Q. I want to subscribe for just two packs of Amul Gold everyday. I am not able to create a subscription. Why?
To create a subscription successfully, your order cart should be at-least Rs.125. Add any of your favourite Amul products (butter, cheese, ice-cream, kool drinks... anything!) to your cart and enjoy free scheduled delivery at your doorstep.
Q. I want to pay for my subscription through Cash on Delivery. Is it possible?
No. The payment methods available are Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking & Mobile Wallets.
Q. I have decided to subscribe to Amul’s products. What happens to my wallet balance if the order is not delivered?
If any order of your subscription is not delivered (returned due to your unavailability at your address, OR your choice to pause order for the day OR due to any other reason), your Wallet balance remains UNCHANGED.
Q. I have subscribed to Paneer & Milk daily. If I don't want Paneer for a couple of days and want Butter instead, how do I get it done without pausing the subscription?
In this case, you’ll have to EDIT your subscription by deleting your Paneer product and adding your Butter product for the day. If you want to replace butter with Paneer for the subsequent days, you’ll have to re-edit the subscription again by replacing Butter with Paneer. You will also have to make any changes a day prior to the delivery day before 12 PM. If you don’t want to EDIT and re-edit, then you can always place a fresh order (not under subscription) and get it delivered to your home!
