All products sold on amulonline are checked and verified before delivery. We offer easy replacement for all products, under certain conditions which are mentioned below:
In case of any contaminated/Spoiled product, customers may notify us before the commencement of the next delivery time slot. However, in case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported immediately. After which we may not be able to accept the complaint.
Once we agree to replace, then we will replace the defective/damaged item with a brand new product at no extra cost. Amulonline will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to cancel the order in case the product is not available.
If one comes across any issue with our products, they are advised to contact our customer support team at 079-71510021 immediately. We will try to resolve the complaint in the best possible manner; however, it’s not guaranteed that we’ll be able to provide replacement/refund request.
Failing to notify us within the timelines mentioned above, we will not be able to register a complaint. Amulonline.com reserves the right to reject a complaint/claim under any circumstances.
1. Products must be in their original condition.
2. Only unused and unaltered products will be accepted.
3. Replacements will be made basis availability of that product.

Call us at 079-71510021 and explain the exact detail of the damage/defect and the status of the package that you received. We would require some details of the product delivered, post which a complaint will be registered.
We request all our customers to check the manufacturing date, the expiry date and the condition of the products delivered, post which if any concern arises , you can immediately return the product to our delivery executive. However, In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint asap, preferably before the next time slot by contacting our service center to lodge your concern, our subject matter experts will be glad to assist you.
Currently, there are no exchanges possible for the ordered item. If you have selected a wrong product while ordering, please call us at 079-71510021 (9AM-9PM) for cancellation. You can place a new order for the correct product.
What if I didn't like the quality of the products delivered to me?
We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our delivery executive. Refund will be initiated once the return is confirmed.
Yes. Any item/thing which is a part of the item order needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product. Since, free gift is a part of the item order it needs to be returned.
Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. For COD orders, we may ask you for the bank account details to process your refund.
Your refund will happen as per the below mentioned timelines:
Debit card/Credit card/Net banking
5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
7 working days from the refund initiation date
You will be asked to provide bank account information for a COD refund. An email with the details required for a bank refund will be sent on your registered email ID.
